Great prices, great hours, awesome brownies! Frosted & super fudgey and moist- best brownie I've had in a long time. I keep meaning to buy some of their pizza dough & sauce, it's cheap but smells so good

The best pizza strips in RI - the kind that NEVER have leftovers after a party. Overall this is a great Italian bakery, their bread, rolls, pizza rolls, and baked items are all recommended. Worth the drive!

Calvitto's is your quintessential RI Italian Bakery. Pizza, calzones, sweets and a few spots to sit.
Calvitto's is our go-to for party pizza - aka bakery pizza (the pizza without cheese on top,) and also has some delightful baked goods.
Their zeppole are delicious, and sugar cookies are perfect with a hint of creamy butter. I'm not the biggest fan of getting their spinach pies or calzones, unless I bring them home to heat up. They never ask if I'd like something warm, whereas as the other location on the west side of Cranston, they do. -

Everything about Calvitto's reminds me of an Italian American childhood. Albeit, I used to frequent the other location... the taste is still the same here. Amen.
You walk into the place and that fresh baked Italian bread smell just hits you like a ton of bricks. This place small and simple. Not fancy or designed to impress. While I haven't tried the pastry because it doesn't look that great to me... I have tried about all of the savory items and can tell you THIS is the real deal Italian bakery.
Let's start with the pizza. What I love about this is that you can grab it by the slide and they heat it for you in the back in the big ovens. Take a few minutes but well worth it when on the run. The pizza is FANTASTIC. Taste like what my grandmother or mother makes on the same pan they used for 40+ years. Italians know pan pizza is all about the rectangle pizza! They nail it here!
Spinach pies are traditional and the mini hot Italian sausages are so good! They have mini bruschetta which are loaded with fresh tomato, basil, and a balsamic drizzle! Prices are right and the employees are always friendly and smiling.
